The Civil Air Patrol is proud to offer you a wonderful opportunity to RUN on the RUNWAY! This event will take place Saturday November 14, 2015 at 10:00 AM at the Grand Junction Regional Airport for up to 200 runners.

The Civil Air Patrol Runway 5K will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday November 14, 2015 at the Grand Junction Regional Airport and will conclude once all the runners have crossed the finish line. Expected completion time for the event is 11:00 AM. This event is open to all ages and will provide an exciting opportunity to run on the runway.
This year we have a cap at 200 runners, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot!

Packet Pickup / Onsite Registration:
Runner bibs and "day of" registration will be provided at the event, so please, arrive before 9:00 AM to allow for a smooth registration process. ("Day of" registration will be provided at an increased cost of $10 per participant in addition to current pricing). Runners should wear the appropriate running shoes and clothing for this race. Remember, November in the Grand Valley can be a little chilly, so dress accordingly.
Parking:
Parking will be available, "free to participants", in the Grand Junction Regional Airports main parking lot, located off Walker Field Drive.

Only running categories will be awarded prizes as follows:
- Overall (Male and Female)
- Age groups: (1-10 years, 11-14 years, 15-18 years, 19-29 years, 30-49 years, 50+years)
